- Our Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return your webstore purchase to us for an exchange or refund. We guarantee that we will send you the item that we describe, but we do not guarantee that the item (collar, harness or muzzle) will fit your dog. If we do make a mistake by sending you the wrong size item, we will exchange it for the right size if it is available, or will refund your order including shipping charges.
All items are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship, but we do not guarantee against chewing, scratching, excessive tugging or pulling.

American Caniner uses Paypal's shopping cart system to accept all credit cards and bank payments. PayPal's service builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards and utilizes the world's most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems to create a safe, global, real-time payment solution.
Customers without a Paypal account do not have to create it in order to process the payment and receive their order.
Once you have a Paypal account, though, returning purchases to American Caniner or to any websites that accepts Paypal payments as well as eBay auctions can be done in a few clicks. Paypal is an eBay company with industry leading security to protect your financial info.

Changing or Canceling your Order
If you would like to cancel your order or change your order (orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, therefore if you wish to cancel your order, you will need to send us an email. Once an order is shipped out, we will not be able to cancel or change your order, you may return your purchase for a refund minus shipping fee.

Before we can ship, we process your order to verify availability of your product(s), shipping selections and credit card information. We will process your order within 1-2 business days and contact you if necessary.
All shipments of orders received on weekends go out starting on Monday, including priority shipments. All shipping time estimates are in business days.
If the item you order is out of stock or will be delayed, we will email you with an update on the status of your order. If a significant delay is anticipated, we will not proceed with order delayed fulfillment without your approval.
- Product Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return your new and unused item, just send it back to us within thirty (30) days from receiving your order along with the copy of your receipt or the packing slip. Full refund less shipping will be issued in the same method in which you paid within fourteen (14) business days from receiving your returned item.
Exchanges and replacements are subject to availability, but we will make every effort to fulfill your request. To make an exchange, just place a new order for a different item (size) in our store and it will be shipped to you within 2 business days. Send original item in new and unused condition back to us within 30 days along with a copy of the receipt or the packing slip. Full refund less shipping will be issued in the same method in which you paid within fourteen (14) business days from receiving your returned item.
